Governance-
We subscribe to the AIC council-led form of governance. The Church is governed by plural godly men who are elected to serve in the office after every five years.
Under the direction of the chief shepherd our Lord Jesus Christ, the elders oversee the local church with respect to
1. Working with the pastor on matters of church leadership and administration.
2. Overseeing the spiritual programs of the church to ensure the congregation is well
nourished.
3. Mobilizing resources for effective work of the ministry.
4. Overseeing the work of evangelism and church planting.
5. Offering accountability on all monies and resources given for ministry.
6. Supporting the Pastor(s)

Word from the Chairman-
On behalf of our church and on that of the current leadership, I wish to invite you to our website. Allow me to tell you who and what we are all about. A small band of our forefathers, armed with a vision of providing a place of worship to teach their families and the greater community at large led in the establishment of AIC Njoro Town. What began as a dream is now a living legacy of their determination and commitment to the Christian faith.
Today the vision of AIC Njoro is built on the tradition of providing and teaching the whole counsel of God’s word without fear. Preaching the gospel to all mankind is the heart of the current leadership. We are determined to achieve and advance modern communication technologies of serving and reaching out in particular to young people. We have a conviction that upholding Godly living is far the most important component in guiding our youth to achieve their career goals and a better tomorrow. We know without any shadow of a doubt that failing to teach Godly values and principles will lead to their future going up in smoke.
Currently, we are reaching over 2000 people who watch us on YouTube and Facebook. We trust God will enable us to have our own TV station and reach out to many more. We reconfirm the urgency of reaching many more with the glorious Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As a church, we will remain committed to our co-values of; Dynamic Worship, Deep Compassion, Bold Evangelism and Deep Discipleship centred on the entire word of God as we endeavour to make AIC Njoro Town a beacon of hope.
